Currently, we are searching for a Call Center Agent for Johannesburg, South Africa.

Responsibilities of this Post:

Handle 1st line support for all client queries via telephone, email and all other remote communications channels in a friendly and professional manner.
Providing help and answers to the clients queries through identifying the problem itself, research on answers and subsequent provision of guidance.
Manage company’s ticket/query management system including resolving all incoming requests and providing feedback to the client/partner until ticket has been resolved and closed. Where tickets are escalated internally, the client care consultant will be responsible for following up and providing feedback to clients throughout the process.
General operations support on the execution of client care and management actions and projects.
Resolution of the customer’s and escalation to specialists and senior Managers.

Requirements of this Post:

Grade 12.
Relevant qualification.
Two to four years’ experience is customer service/call centre/inbound environment.
Ability to handle high volume calls, emails, voicemails and other communication means in an orderly, organized, and diligent manner.
Good communication skills.
Ability to work under pressure and to multitask.
Attention to detail essential.
