Chief Operating Officer – ERP Solutions

A fast-paced and well established multinational ERP solutions provider based in Cape Town is looking for a forward-thinking leader and creative problem solver to join the business as a COO to provide exceptional leadership and vision to design, implement and execute best practice processes and systems to ensure efficient service delivery and improvements in production and quality.

Your key responsibilities:

The COO will be required to manage the technical and consulting teams to ensure effective and efficient project management as well as implement and drive tactical milestones in line with relevant strategic goals. They will also be required to ensure good corporate governance in line with King IV principles and assist in driving business development initiatives along with gathering insights to contribute the overall strategic goals of the business. They will also be tasked with identify new opportunities for the business and the Group

Our required expertise:

Must have minimum of a relevant Undergraduate degree.
5 Years’ experience within a similar role.
Must have proven Operational and Business Management skills.
Experience at Exco level is essential.
Experience within an IT Solutions or Software Business beneficial.
Must be technically literate and have a sound understanding of the ERP and Software industries.

Your reward:

Salary range: R 800 000 – R1.1 Million CTC p.a.
