Minimum Education: Matric

Minimum Experience: at least 2 -3 years

Duties and Requirements includes but is not limited to the following:

Dispatch / Deliveries:

Main responsibility is to deliver goods to the companies Customers
Picking and preparing orders for delivery
Ensuring batch numbers and stock information is correct for invoicing processing
Ensuring picked stock is clean and in presentable condition
Check invoice against picked prior to loading with a second person
Driver is ultimately responsible for the safe and secure transit of the stock
Vehicle log book needs to be completed for every delivery
All delivery paperwork and cash payments received needs to be safely stored in the provided folders and handed back to the dispatch office upon the driver’s return

Warehouse / Decanting Responsibilities:

Stock levels of the products you are responsible for need to be maintained at minimum stock levels
The products need to be correctly decanted, labelled and placed in correct bins in the warehouse
Should your delivery schedule not allow enough time to maintain your stock levels, Management needs to be informed immediately
Under the supervision of your Manager, you need to prepare sales orders that has been placed on the sales order board
General housekeeping to ensure your working area is clean and safe working condition at all times
This position does require someone who is available immediately with a valid PDP!
