Construction Supervisor – Isando, Johannesburg – R30,000-R35,000
A Company servicing mainly Food & FMCG industries is seeking a Construction Supervisor who has Supervisor/Management & hands on experience with maintenance & repairs & solid knowledge of Coal, Fired and Oil/Diesel Fire Tube Boilers.
Qualification:
Trade Tested Boilermaker/ Mechanical Fitter/ Millwright or similar
Grade 12
Requirements:
5 years’ experience in a Construction Supervisory position or similar
Must have knowledge of Coal, Fired and Oil/Diesel Fire Tube Boilers (Package Boilers)
Must have knowledge and practical experience of Health institution Hot water generators (Calorifiers) and domestic hot weather reticulation systems.
Must have knowledge and practical experience of Steam and Condensate reticulation systems.
Good Knowledge of Health institution functional structures.
Proven ability to work under pressure.
Good communication skills in English both verbal and written.
Working knowledge of Safety and Quality Procedures
Excellent problem-solving skills
Driver’s License
Responsibilities:
Site Construction and maintenance & repairs.
Supervising Others.
Pre-planning prior to site establishment.
Site assessment and reporting.
Manage Job Completion and Hand Over.
Ensure Safety of Staff & construction sub-contractors.
Ensure Quality assurance and Quality Control
