Credit Controller wanted Asap: Salary R15 000 per month

Credit Controller will be responsible to collect and clear all the outstanding debts as per company deadlines

Duties

Collection of all outstanding payments telephonically and physically visiting clients’ offices.
Reconciliation of accounts and bank statements. Manage accurate Age analysis.
Capturing and submission of invoices.
Process statements, Credit notes and correspondence management as per company policies.
Allocation of accounts and payments.
Resolve all internal and external account queries. Suspend overdue accounts .
Schedule daily, weekly, monthly payments and reports.
Hand over accounts.
Manage all proper controls and procedures .
Must be able to clear all the long outstanding debts and be prepared to work long hours as and when required to do so.
Handle and perform all other credit controlling duties.

Experience & Qualification

Matric.
Relevant accounts qualifications.
Min 5 yrs solid yrs exp as a Credit Controller. Proficient in Pastel, Sage, Excel , Ms Office. Drivers licence.
Strong communication skills both verbal and written.
Excellent Accounts and Reconciliation skills are essential. Ability to work under presure . Must be a professional, independent individual . Experience in both corporate and private clients credit controlling is a must.
