6 Months Contract position

Responsibilities and Duties:

To accurately capture invoices, VAT requirements are met and has all the correct supporting documents
Reconciliations to creditors statements
Preparation of creditors for payment
Attend to all creditors queries
Load new recipients
Maintain a filing system
Ensure correct payments are made within agreed terms
Updating Pastel cashbooks and bank reconciliations
Flexible (i.e able to switch from one task to the other)
Ability to work effectively under pressure
Problem-solving skills
Excellent time management and organizational skills
Attention to detail and high level of accuracy
Excellent communication skills on all levels
Professional work standard

Good people skills

Qualifications and Skills:

Matric

3 years of hands-on experience
Pastel
Excel
