Creditors Controller

Main function

·Batching and matching of invoices, purchase orders and delivery notes

·Following up of credit notes and delivery of goods

·Assist with procurement

·Responsible for processing of all invoices

·Reconciling of creditors to statement

·Preparing of payment pack

·Processing of payments on cash book in Pastel Accounting

·Liaising with Suppliers

·Confirming terms of credit

·Completing of Credit Application

Other functions

·General Office administration

·Making travel arrangements for directors

·Switchboard relief

Experience and qualification

·Minimum Matric/N3

·Minimum 3 years experienced in Creditors

·Pastel

·MS Office

·Personal assistant experience an advantage
