We are hosting an OPEN DAY Tuesday 20th August at our offices based in Cape Town CBD.
Our client based in the Northern Suburbs in seeking to employee CUSTOMER SERVICE AGENTS to service their ever-growing Financial Services Contact Center!!!
REQUIREMENTS:
Matric – Grade 12
Minimum 6 Months Customer Service Experience in a Call Center Environment !!
Computer Literate
Passion for CUSTOMERS
Flexible to work shifts
HOURS OF WORK :
Monday – Sunday
5 Days on 2 Days off of the week
Time: Between 8AM -7PM
Rotationally scheduled on a 8-hour basis.
ADDRESS: No 8 Riebeeck Street, Norton Rose House Building, 11th Floor, Teleresources , Cape Town CBD area
TIME Between : 9AM – 3PM
