Good day we are seeking individuals with the previous customer service experience.

This position involves shift work. You will need to work according to a roster and shifts may be a 12 hour duration
Morning sign on usually starts at 04:15 and the afternoon sign on is at 12:00; depending on operational requirements
Employees must have reliable transport due to irregular working hours. Time keeping is essential hence you must be punctual
Please note that you may need to be available to work overtime on short notice in cases
Employees will have to work on weekends, public holidays and religious holidays
The operation necessitates that some duties are conducted outdoors even in adverse weather conditions
Uniform will be worn strictly in accordance with the uniform policy and that a breach thereof will be dealt with seriously; please take special note that this entails that ladies wear make-up

There are various positions that we are currently filling. having previous cabin crew or front desk/check-in experience this will be an added advantage.

Candidate Requirements
Previous Customer Service experience Essential
Grade 12 or equivalent
Clear Criminal history based on the environment that you will be working.
Punctual
Fluent in Afrikaans and English based on the dynamics of the organization.
Available immediately for the training process.
Own Transport to and from work
This position reports to Customer Service Agent Manager
