Reporting to the Operations Manager – Centurion, this position will be responsible for:
* Management of the Data Processing division in its entirety
* Monitor divisional functions to ensure adherence to SLE’s
* Monitor quality and output by conducting QA checks
* Conducting Divisional meetings
* Monitor automated processes
* Attend to client queries, escalations and complaints
* Liaise with operational divisions to streamline processes
* Streamline processes within the division
Other Adhoc duties as required.
This role works from 8.00am to 17:00 pm. The successful applicant will be expected to work extra hours due to the nature of this position – if and when required.
Required Skills
data processing: 2 to 3 years
supervisor: 1 to 2 years
Candidate Requirements
The Successful Candidate will also possess:
* Must have Matric (Grade 12)
* Language: Fluent in English
* 2-3 years’ Data Processing Experience
* Supervisory experience and advantage
* Excellent administrative skills
* Excellent time management skills
* Ability to perform well under pressure
* Energetic with excellent communication and people skills
* Sense of Urgency
This position reports to the Operations Manager
