Debtors Clerk needed urgently: Salary R10 000 to R12 000 per month

We are looking for a dynamic female to join our sales division. Candidate needs to be a non-
smoker (non-negotiable).
WORK EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
Minimum 3 years experience in all of the following:
Sales invoicing and credit notes.
Debtors’ receipting via cash, credit card and EFT.
Control over stock being despatched.
Reconciling of debtors’ accounts.
Reconciling of petty cash & bank receipts.
Liaising with customers for outstanding payments.
Liaising with bank for incoming cross-border funds.
Debtors’ credit control.
Reporting to senior managers and director about debtors’ accounts.
Basic formulas, charts and tables on Excel and Google Sheets.
Willing to assist in reception and despatch whenever required.
SKILLS REQUIRED
Pastel/QuickBooks experience
MS Office and Google’s G Suite
Diligent
Friendly but persistent
Good memory
High attention to detail
Efficient with numbers
Proactive
Ability to communicate really well verbally and in writing
Ability to work on own and take initiative
EDUCATION REQUIRED
Basic bookkeeping skills
Minimum 3 years debtors experience in a medium-sized company
