ABOUT
Intercare Glefair Medical and Dental Centre situated in Lynnwood seeks to recruit a Dental Coordinator.
The purpose of the position is to support the Practice Manager in their efforts to reach strategic branch goals and targets through outstanding coordination and supervision of the Dental department.
CRITICAL OUTPUTS
Effectively manage operational expenses including but not limited to staffing and consumables.
Deliver friendly, effective service to clients visiting the facility according to policies and procedures.
Provide accurate information to customers at all times regarding professional availability and account information.
Ensure correct data completion and capturing of patient information.
Take clear and concise messages and ensure to deliver message timeously to the correct person.
Provide accurate information regarding the Intercare group, facility services, and tenants.
Answering telephone calls.
Coordinate and implement sound dental operational practices aligned with the dental operating model.
Quality customer service aligned with Intercare’s vision, mission, and values.
Effective leadership and people management.
REQUIREMENTS:
Grade 12
Registered as a Dental Assistant at HPCSA
2-3 years of experience within a dental environment
Computer proficiency (MS Office) essential, GoodX advantageous
Strong background in administration.
