Requirements:

Must have matric and diesel mechanic qualification or degree in mechanical automotive engineering
ASE diesel certification advantageous
Valid drivers license
Advanced knowledge of diesel engine components
Physically fit and able to lift heavy items
Proficiency with maintenance and repair tools
Attention to detail
Good interpersonal skills
Excellent verbal communication skills
Good organization skills
Attending to breakdowns in an efficient manner
Conduct regular and thorough inspections on fleet
Checking fleet lighting systems
Test driving fleet vehicles to gauge performance
Maintaining detailed records of seviced vehicles
Be able and willing to travel across the country, when required
Must be honest, trustworthy and reliable
