Responsibilities and duties:

To be creative and produce content for digital platforms
If you know what 16:9, 4:3, and 9:16 mean, read on.
Well versed in executing campaign creation in all formats including but not limited to online, social media platforms, stills, content, radio and TV.
Knowing where to get the specs you need. Media agencies, account management, etc.
Knowing who needs to export and supply what from the online artist to the post producer to the art director.
Producing quick turnaround, tactical content.
Constantly researching digital trends to keep up to date with changes within the social space
Ability to manage the post-production process.
Good negotiation skills and familiar with industry rates and standards and the ability to manage project risks.

Does mobile content requite subtitles?
If you answered yes, things are looking good.
Confidently scope creative executions based on budget and timings
Project management and multi-tasking skills. Exceptional organisational skills and efficiency orientated.
Ability to work under pressure, highly adaptable, motivated and solution orientated.
Good interpersonal skills and foster good relations with suppliers, colleagues and clients.

Experience:

Minimum of three to five years’ experience as a producer in an advertising agency or production house.
Experience in advertising production across all formats including, but not limited to online, social media platforms, stills, content, radio and TV.
Be a digital native across YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter
Art buying and digital content buying experience.
Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
Knowledge of stock photography sites, music library sites and usage camera techniques usages.

Nice to haves: Qualification in copywriting or digital marketing, film studies.
