Job Purpose:

1. Budget
Project management of annual Budget process and 10 year Plan
Analyzing & Interrogating the robustness of Terminal & HQ submissions ensuring TPT and Group Strategic Objectives are met, the budget is robust and Financial KPIs are maximized
2. Strategic Interventions
Measuring, Analysing & Interrogating the quality and robustness of Cost Saving Initiatives and Revenue Interventions highlighting risks to opex budget and making recommendations on areas that require strategic focus in order to mitigate such risks to revenue and cost.
3. Performance Analysis
Review, analyse and interrogate monthly and YTD financial performance reports to be tabled at TPT Exco and Group Finco
ensuring that they are accurate and reliable, and that all reasons for deviation have been fully explained.

Qualifications & Experience :

CA (SA) or CIMA
6 – 8 years of relevant working experience

Competencies :

Strong report writing and verbal communication skills (ability to communicate at senior management and GM level)
Good Analytical skills with ability to question and interrogate information provided
Strong Financial Modelling and excel skills are critical
Ability to meet deadlines and work well under pressure
Ability to prioritize under pressure
Team player
Leadership qualities and ability to develop and motivate team
