Engineering and MBA Freelance Trainer

Experience: 10+ Years

Education: Bachelors Degree in Any Engineering Discipline and MBA (MBA is a must)

We are currently recruiting for Engineering and Business Freelance Trainers to train, coach and assess engineers in different industries such as Oil & Gas, chemical, mechanical, and electrical. These roles would suit someone who has experience in both engineering and business skills along with great communication skills, and high professional standards. Experience of project management, financial analysis, and classroom teaching would be ideal. The position may suit someone who has recently retired but who is looking for some part-time work or someone with strong experience who is looking to return to the industry. MBA or any similar degree is a must.

Topics expected to deliver in the training programs are:

Financial Analysis of the Electricity
Energy Statistics and Financial Analysis
Energy Sector Regulatory Impact Analysis
Advanced Project Economics, Risk & Decision Analysis in Oil & Gas
An Introduction to Upstream Petroleum Economics & Risk Analysis
Macroeconomics / Microeconomics
Strategic Planning, Effective Budgeting & Cost Control
Asset Liability Management
Or any other similar topics that require both engineering and business qualifications

Duties & Responsibilities:

Assess training needs for trainees from different engineering and business background.
Develop courses to meet training requirements.
Deliver some courses in the curriculum.
Develop exam papers and exercises for the trainees.
Refresh the curricula to keep up with new technology and company focus.
