Job purpose

To upload materials/merchandise onto outgoing vehicles and stacks them to assigned places;
To offload materials/merchandise from incoming vehicles and stacks them to assigned places;
Locating and moving stock of products to pallets or crates for storage or shipment;

Duties and responsibilities:

Upload/offload materials and/or merchandise from incoming/outgoing vehicles and stack them in the assigned areas;
Locate and move stock of products to pallets or crates for storage or shipment;
Keep updated records of inventory and activity logs; Comply with company policies and legal guidelines;
Ensure forklift is in good working order and regularly maintained; Help maintain a safe and orderly environment of the storage facilities;
Grade 12 certificate; Valid Forklift driver’s license up to 3.5 tons;
Communication Skills;
Not colour blind;
Food safety experience;

Job Type: Contract

Salary: R30.00 to R40.00 /hour
