Job Description:
RCL FOODS is seeking experienced Forklift Drivers to join the By-Product team at our Hammarsdale Processing Plant. The Forklift Driver would report to the Process Leader. The successful candidate would need to have excellent knowledge of operating a Forklift machine and be responsible for complying with all safety requirements

Duties & Responsibilities:
Remove and pack away product at Pby Meal storage area Conduct forklift safety checks. Adhering to safety and housekeeping rules. Unloading and loading of trailers. Ensuring that outbound shipments are accurate, free of damage and meets quality specification Ensure enough pallets for production on daily basis Ensure that meal meets quality parameters before bagging Ensure enough new Pby Meal bags available Report any breakdowns to process leader. Place production DAF stickers and batch number on bag before weighing all production bags and recording on daily production sheet

Minimum Requirements:
A senior certificate (Grade 12). A valid Counterbalance license. Computer Literacy would be an advantage. Effective written and verbal communication skills. Quick problem-solving skills. High levels of honesty and integrity. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Willingness to work shifts, overtime and public holidays as per operational requirements. Sober habits and reliable. Punctuality and attendance reliability. Ability to work under pressure Knowledge of SAFETY rules and HACCP principles. Clean criminal record.
