iStore Online is looking for a creative, dynamic, solution-driven developer. This person must want to make an impact on overall business growth through optimized user experiences. This person needs to be self-motivated, eager to learn and must work well under pressure with an ability to perform well in a fast-paced environment and bring in optimal flow for rapidly changing design/technology

Main objective of the role:

Assist the E-Commerce team in driving changes and optimizations on the website for conversions.

Qualifications:

Minimum BTech or equivalent qualification
Coding & FE development
Computer literacy

Experience:

2-3 years of relevant work experience as a web developer, UI developer, JavaScript expert or front-end engineer.
Front-end development – HTML5, CSS3, SASS/SCSS, JavaScript, jQuery and Ajax
CMS and CRM – Magento (management & general back-end exposure), Wordpress, Mailchimp,
Familiar with UI layouts (UI Frameworks), Bootstrap, UIKit, Semantic UI
Understanding of server-side SCSS
Experience debugging using tools like Browser Developer Consoles
Experience with responsive and adaptive design.
Understanding of SEO principles.
Advantageous but not necessary

Magento theme development Experience with user interface design

Responsibilities:

Utilize customer experience to ensure all site enhancements comply to strict usability
guidelines and user-centric best practices.
Turning UI/UX designs into prototypes, creating excellent interactions from designs, writing reusable content modules and maintainability of the code.
Integrate visually and enhance the creative concept, architecture, UI and navigation design
for web sites, online advertising and mobile.
Design and develop microsites, banners, rich emails and other electronic media (where needed).
Contribute unique ideas for strategic marketing initiatives for digital products.
Design with the purpose to always strive for business growth, sustainability, and continuity
Be aware of new digital trends – local and international – and constantly search for
plausible new ideas/methods.
