Responsibilities include:
Carry out a range of assigned clerical support tasks, ensuring that the work is completed accurately and adheres to specified policies, processes, and procedures
Raise routine correspondence where appropriate
Filing of all correspondence
Preparing files for archiving and carrying out basic data entry
You’ll respond to inbound telephone queries in a friendly, professional manner and answer any queries that callers may have.
Organize the post, ensure that the office is well-stocked and distribute information to colleagues.
Essential Skills Required :
Senior Certificate /Grade 12
The ideal candidate should be comfortable carrying out a range of clerical support tasks
Meticulous and systematic Filing skills
Experience in typing and data entry (50 plus words per minute)
Professional telephone manner
Excellent communication skills and a superb eye for detail.
Highly motivated and proactive, you must also have a strong work ethic
You’ll need to be able to work well under minimum supervision, using initiative and judgment
Functional knowledge of MS Word, Excel and Outlook
Professional attitude with the ability to multi-task
