Position Purpose
Provide support to the Human Capital Department.
Key Accountabilities:
Maintaining employee files including scanning, saving and filing documents
Capturing of all employee training and collecting of supporting documents
Compiling and printing monthly attendance registers
Sending out birthday, farewell and work anniversary cards
Assisting with recruitment for example scheduling interviews and declining candidates
Monitoring absenteeism and compiling leave reports
Providing support to the team by assisting with any other functions
