Looking for a vibrant, talented Junior Financial Book Keeper to join our team. To start immediately

Duties & Responsibilities:

·General accounting and bookkeeping function

·Reconciliations of debtors and creditors

·Ad Hoc finance matters

·Experience on QUICKBOOKS will be an advantage

·Cashbook Function – Bank Recons, Debtors and Creditors

·Provide General support to the finance manager

·Great time management and managing deadlines

Abilities & Traits:

Ability to work with high degree of independence
Key time management skills to ensure deadlines are met with efficient turnaround times.
·Attention to detail

Desired Experience & Qualification:

Matric
Financial Bookkeeper Qualification Certificate or Financial training – will be an advantage.
Fully Computer Literate
Advanced Excel Skills
Pastel experience – will be an advantage
·Strong mathematical ability

Minimum 3 – 5 years’ experience in a similar role
Must have own transport.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: R7,000.00 to R9,000.00 /month

Experience:

Bookkeeping: 1 year (Preferred)
QuickBooks: 3 years (Preferred)

Education: Diploma (Preferred)
