Kendrick Recruitment is now seeking a strong lodge manager for a stunning remote beach property along the Elephant Coast.

Requirements:

Preferably a male candidate
Strong management & leadership skills
The lodge is very community orientated so the right candidate needs to be able to be willing to work with the local community, empowering the staff who are also from the community
PDP & drivers license
Valid First Aid
Should have lived and worked in a remote lodge environment
Be able to work under pressure as the lodge has a high occupancy rate all year round
Be able to oversee all areas of the lodge in a highly competent manner
Good communication skills
Be very guest orientated
A go-getter
Experience in a luxury beach lodge would be highly beneficial

Package:

Live in position + meals
Salary range R14 000.00 – R16 000.00
