THE ROLE:

Looking for Domain Experts in Logistics. The Incumbent will be responsible for business advisory relationships with their clients. Helping client organizations to improve key business process through re-engineering and automation. Should be an MBA with a minimum of 8 years of experience in consulting space.Looking for someone with 8-10 years experience

REQUIRED COMPETENCIES:

– The candidate should have sound knowledge of Logistics business processes – 3PL/4PL (Road and Rail)

– Minimum of 8 years of experience with at least 8 years of experience in Logistics domain with IT services organization.

– Enable to assist global team to win new business from Logistics companies

– A Domain Consultant with comprehensive knowledge of business processes, Process Management, Commercial Strategy, Project Management, and Business Process Re-engineering

– Experience in project planning, design implementation and monitoring in the Logistics

– Experience in Port Terminal Operations and associated Process.

– Familiar in Logistics Marketplace concepts

– Representing the organization as a domain expert

– An effective communicator with excellent relationship building & interpersonal skills and strong analytical, problem-solving & organizational abilities.

– Experience of leading teams for high visibility projects

– People Management and Influencing Skills

– Working closely with sales and pre-sales teams of on complex business transformation deals from prospecting to closure.

– Should be able to proactively drive internal initiatives

– Work towards deadlines and deliver quality outputs within the timeline
