Machine Operator required urgently: APPLY HERE

Key responsibilities include the following:

Set up and operates machine in accordance with established procedures, guidelines, and schedules

Follow standardized work procedures
Perform pre and post-operation checks
Operate multiple pieces of equipment to ensure that quality work is completed
Report any problems to relevant people
Follow instructions as to daily tasks and expectation for each specific area
Performs a complete and thorough cleaning of areas assigned as per instructions
Securing of equipment
Carry out responsibilities and duties according to the OHS Act
Bi-Annual Health Checks
Alcohol and Substance Abuse tests as per the University’s Policies
Adhere to safe working practices
Required to work shifts, overtime or on weekends

Requirements:

Matric/N4
3 years of portable landscape equipment exposure
Exposure to machine operating will be an advantage
