Maintenance technician urgently wanted: Salary R15 000 per month

We are currently recruiting for a full time Maintenance Technician.

Requirements:
Hard-working
Physically fit
General handyman knowledge of building, plumbing, and electrical systems
Be proficient in the use of basic to intermediate hand tools
Mechanically minded with an eye for detail and excellent problem-solving abilities.
Ability to read technical manuals and drawings
Take responsibility for the delivery of general repairs and maintenance services
Respond to general maintenance work in a timely manner
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Trade qualification preferred but not mandatory
Landscaping and gardening experience is highly regarded but not essential
3 to 5 years’ relevant experience

Responsibilities: –
Minor work repairs including plumbing, mechanical and minor work repairs
Repairs to irrigation systems and leaking pipes.
Plant and equipment maintenance and repairs
Check control panels and electrical wiring to identify issues
Other general maintenance duties as required at the nursery and other property development sites.

R 15000 per month negotiable on qualifications and experience.
