Job Description

Receiving Stock:

Check stock received from European Distribution Centre
Pack stock in the correct Locations
Book Stock in on Oracle-JD Edwards EnterpriseOne / SAP
Work with courier in-house to arrange returns and make sure it is received and completed timeously

Dispatch:

Pick stock according to Packing list / Dispatch note created by Customer Service
Pack Orders according to Packing instruction on Packing List / Dispatch note
Book Stock out on Oracle-JD Edwards EnterpriseOne (TRAX) / SAP
Work with courier in-house to get orders ready to be dispatched

Other Functions

Handle queries
Work with courier/freight forwarder to get quotes for cross border deliveries
Do filing on a daily basis
Keep work area/store room clean and tidy at all times (5S – Lean)
Help with stock takes
