An employment opportunity exists for a Case Manager – Registered Nurse- Maternity and NNICU based in Durban.
The Unit Manager will be responsible for coordinating improved quality nursing care by ensuring compliance professional ethical practice. To ensure the efficient running of the department with optimal nursing care. The position reports to the Deputy Nursing Manager.
Required Skills
leadership skills : 1 to 2 years
nicu experience : 2 to 3 years
computer proficiency : 2 to 3 years
private hospital setting : 2 to 3 years
maternity experience : 2 to 3 years
Candidate Requirements
Job requirements:
Diploma/ Degree in nursing or equivalent NQF 7 qualification
Registered with SANC as a Registered Midwife
Management Experience
Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
2 years’ experience in private hospital setting
Computer proficiency
Organisational abilities
