The busy specialist medical practice seeks receptionist/doctor’s assistant.

Responsibilities include making appointments, managing a switchboard, welcoming clients, taking messages, invoicing clients, preparing estimates, general admin duties, and stock take. Assisting the doctor during consultations and procedures, preparing the room for the next patient, assisting with the sale of products.

The candidate must have a proven track record of client service excellence, a good communicator, both verbal and written, multi-tasker, well-groomed and empathetic. Computer literacy is essential and a good command of the English language. Pastel experience would be regarded as a bonus.

Hours of work: Mon to Fri 8 am to 5 pm

Alternate Sat 8 am to 1 pm
