Core Group requires a junior multimedia designer who will thrive in our exciting and fast paced environment.

Qualification

Matric
Minimum degree to diploma in Design / Multimedia Design

Experience:

1 – 2 years of design experience

Computer literacy:

Adobe Photoshop
Adobe InDesign
Adobe Dreamweaver
Adobe Illustrator

Responsibilities:

Administration:

Correct filing and archiving of creative work (acc to the system)
Capture new and manage all email databases
Update website

Creative:

Design and develop key collateral through-the-line – for print and digital media
Adapt brand principle collateral and ensure all product images, colours and type faces have been correctly used and that all collaterals are within brand guidelines
Adapt template artwork within brand guidelines within deadlines stipulated across ATL and BTL
Design promotional and advertising concepts for key brand activities
Adapt globally approved collateral to local retail or channel requirements, including but not limited to in-store, advertising, retail co-op advertising, emailers, web banners and social media
Resize and edit global assets to meet local requirements
Customer Service and Behavioural:

Communicate and manage expectations with regard to work process and deadlines
Be flexible and open to receive feedback
Manage relationships within the marketing team
Take ownership of and responsibility for your individual projects and see them through
Manage and adhere to assigned deadlines
