Office Administrator needed urgently: Salary R8 000 to R10 000 Per Month

Our client, based on the West Rand, is looking for an experienced, reliable and organized Office Administrator to manage the day-to-day administrative aspects of the business. The office administrator will provide administrative support, greet and direct visitors and answer and respond to calls and emails. Candidates will have impeccable verbal and written communication skills, a positive attitude and a friendly demeanor. Looking for an innovative and eager person who can manage multiple tasks at once without becoming overwhelmed.
Duties / Responsibilities:
Monday to Friday 07h30-04h30, EVERY SECOND SATURDAY 07h30-13h00
General office administration
Answering the telephone
Invoicing (in Excel)
Coordinate office activites
Ordering office stationery
Setting up meetings
MUST BE A NON SMOKER
Drivers license with own reliable transport
Computer literate – excellent Excel and Word skills
Afrikaans (1st language), and English – fully bilingual
Reside on the West Rand
Excellent communication skills, both written and vebal
Must be helpful and polite
This position reports to the Managing Director
