Currently, we are searching for an office Assistant for Johannesburg, South Africa.
Responsibilities of this Post:
Organise and setup meeting rooms.
Answering the telephone and liaising with clients.
General administration tasks.
Lodgement and support for the claims team.
Processing of incoming/outgoing mail.
Looking after the kitchen ie. provisioning and tidying.
Requirements of this Post:
Minimum of 2 years experience in a corporate office.
Team player with a positive attitude and excellent work ethic.
Well presented, courteous and must possess excellent customer service skills.
Time management skills and the ability to work efficiently under pressure.
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office suite including Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Excel is essential
Reliable and confident.
