OPERATIONS ASSISTANT – SIGNATURE JARS BY MICHELE M. RICHARDS BAY Ref: 062002
POSITION SYNOPSIS:
To provide assistance to the company general manager in implementing the different streams of the business plan by completing activities and identifying opportunities of growth to influence on-time delivery of objectives.
REQUIREMENTS AND EXPERIENCE:
Serious contenders will have a completed matric as a minimum requirement with a marketing or sale diploma.
A minimum of 1-year experience in the marketing and sales industry will be advantageous. Must have some experience at the supervisory level.
You should be able to work in challenging environment with little supervision and be results-driven. Experience with social media utilisation. Candidates should be fluent with office software’s (word, excel, PowerPoint etc…)
CORE ACCOUNTABILITIES: Provide day-to day support to the team to publicise our brand and our brand values.Actively manage our online presence via social media and our website with the intent to increase our numbers of followers and develop our online business. Communicate with existing customers to reinforce relationships and maintain sales. Innovate in the approach of potential customers while following the existing strategy. Developing and managing advertisement opportunities. Plan and organize presence in different shows. Manage stock and monthly stock take.
