Photographer in Cape Town wanted for internet listing company.

We are looking for someone reliable, honest and has good work ethics.

Attention to detail is very important and your ability to learn software quickly will give you an opportunity to succeed and grow with the business

Key Performance Areas:

Photograph models in studio or on location.
Assist models in preparation for shooting.
Select and setup camera and lighting equipment for shoot days.
Provide clear direction to models to achieve desired images.
Determine desired images and picture composition.
Adhere to SOP.
Maintain images in an organised manner.
Engage in ongoing refinement of photographic procedures, continuous bench-marking and presentation of new ideas.
Engage in open communication with rest of team.
Work well under pressure to meet deadlines.
Maintain a balance between quality and quantity

Education, skills, behaviour, and knowledge required:

Grade 12 (Senior Certificate – high school qualification) / RPL at same level.
A photographic portfolio.
Minimum of 1 years’ experience.
Team player.
Detail consciousness.
Problem-solving ability.
Ability to work under tight time constraints.
Good model directing skills.
Thorough knowledge of studio flashes, lighting setups and camera equipment for studio and location.
Mac and PC literate.
A valid Green South African ID required.

Experience:

Diploma in Photography or Arts
Have an in-depth understanding of photographic best practices and procedures.
Must have a portfolio.
Driver’s license and own transport are required.
