Core Purpose

To facilitate and coordinate the projects of the 100% Foundation department.

Key Role Outputs

Monitor and evaluate the progress of projects.

Identify and conduct a feasibility investigation on NGOs and ECD donation requests.

Manage website and contents.

Check on student results.

Determine further student funding.

Engage with stakeholders to achieve project objectives.

Prepare project evaluations and feedback reports.

Attend to request or queries from NGOs and ECD centres.

Visit NGOs and ECD sites.

Confirm registration with NPO and DSD.

Validate donation applications with compliance and the Board.

Implement and manage the monitoring and evaluation processes.

Create and publish marketing material.

Check that brand messages are consistent.

Monitor and update social media pages

Monitor projects and programs on the 100% Foundation sites.

Candidate Requirements

Mandatory Qualifications

Matric.

Administration qualification.

Mandatory Experience/Exposure

2-3 years of experience as CSI practitioner/in the social development sector.

NGO experience.

Social media platforms and overall use of the internet.

Community work experience.

Advantageous Experience/Exposure

Adobe Photoshop/Coral Draw advantageous.

Wordpress advantageous

Photography/Videography advantageous.

Knowledge and Skills

Identify and problem-solving skills.

Planning and organizing skills.

Presentation.

Writing skills.

Interpersonal skills.

Time Management

MS Office (Excel and Outlook).

Verbal and written communication skills.
