RESPONSIBILITIES

Check & agree Plumbing requirements & responsibilities against standards & schedules provided by Manager
Prepare all plumbing materials for work required
Check quality of all materials on receipt
Complete all plumbing as assigned
Complete all Job card entries
Maintain good housekeeping, safety and health standards
Read blueprints and drawings to understand or plan the layout of plumbing, waste disposal and water supply systems
Cut, assemble and install pipes and tubes with attention to existing infrastructure (e.g. electrical wiring)
Install and maintain water supply systems
Locate and repair issues with water supply lines (e.g. leaks)
Repair or replace broken drainage lines, clogged drains, faucets etc.
Repair domestic appliances (e.g. washing machines) and fixtures (e.g. sinks) etc.
Install and maintain gas and liquid heating systems (air-conditioning units, radiators etc.)
Install waste disposal and sanitary systems with well-functioning DWV systems
Complete Delegated work as assigned

No financial loss or quality failures occur due to poor skills, quality of materials used or poor attention to detail
No losses occur due to productivity or plumbing workmanship
No rework or material waste is recorded due to poor plumbing skills, attendance, scheduling or workmanship
Plumbing productivity targets are set and agreed and achieved for every job assigned
No waste occurs due to job recording errors
No losses occur due to negligence or carelessness regarding safety, health, housekeeping and other quality standards
Delegated work from Manager is completed according to procedures
