Requirements:

Grade 12 or higher qualification

One year’s experience in a similar role (desirable but not essential)

Computer Literacy – Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Word, Excel and Outlook)

Good Typing Skills – (30 – 40 w.p.m is desirable but not essential)

Strong Communication Skills (Verbal and Written)

Good Telephone Etiquette

Organised, neat, reliable and punctual

Fluency in English and at least one (other) South African language (essential)

Duties:

Running reception area

Receiving parcels/office deliveries

General and ad hoc administrative work

Filing invoices and other company documents

Welcoming and assisting office guests during meetings

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Salary: R9,000.00 to R10,000.00 /month

Experience:

customer service: 1 year (Preferred)
Administrative office procedures, practices and equipment: 1 year (Preferred)
Receptionist: 1 year (Preferred)

Location:

Sandton, Gauteng (Required)
