Suitable temp candidates who would be available from January 2020 for a 3-month contract. The salary would be R13000 per month, based in Isando.

The candidate needs to be an excellent communicator (English), be energetic and professional as it is a key position within the company in terms of image.

Interviews will be as from now until the 20th of December

KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS:

Reception.

Answers the switchboard, directs calls and take messages where necessary;

Receives all visitors at reception and attend to their needs.

Ensure Reception area is tidy;

Ensure visitor’s book is completed and up to date.

Procurement.

Controls stationery issues as required and replenishes when stocks are low;

Match delivery notes, service reports to purchase order and then do GRVs and file outstanding purchase orders for record-keeping.

Administration.

Types faxes, memos and letters when requested;

Receive, sort and distribute internal and external mail.

4. General

Perform ad-hoc tasks as required from time to time;

Conducting Induction Tests for contractors who will be working inside on our premises.

4. EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS

Matric
Relevant Certificate / Diploma from recognised College / University

5. EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

Reception / Front Desk experience – 2 years;

General Administration – 2 years.

6. KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES REQUIRED TO PERFORM FUNCTIONS

Excel & MS Word;

Reliable, honest and some problem-solving skills;

Communication, read and write in English;

Report writing;

Work well with people;

Positive and helpful Attitude
