Manufacturing Company seeks a Receptionist/creditors
The role comprises of the following (but not limited to):
1.
PA to 2 Directors
2.
Reception / front desk
3.
Switchboard
4.
Creditors function on pastel CPT and PE
5.
Adhoc reporting for vehicles / tracker (Fleet vehicles) / subcontractor payments etc
6.
Stationery purchases
7.
Completing of credit apps and other administrative duties
The ideal candidate should have,
1.
Min Grade 12, with a tertiary qualification
2.
Be able to multitask
3.
Be able to handle a stressful environment
4.
Pastel experience a must
5.
Non-smoker
