We are recruiting for Restaurant General Manager/ Manager in Nigel Gauteng. Being a fast-growing Food Franchise our search is for talented, ideally qualified, and experienced individuals with a need to expand and grow with us.
We envisage the ideal applicant to have a passion for people with a strong sense of responsibility whilst being a master at multi-tasking. An in-depth sense of responsibility and drive to succeed are some of the characteristics we require.
The position of Restaurant General Manager/Manager requires you to have strong leadership qualities, involved in not only the financial side of the business but also driving promotions and overseeing stock /orders as well as food quality. Leading a team with exceptional people skills and taking full control of recruitment and enhancement of their skills is one of the criteria of the position.
