Sales Administrator needed with FMCG experience Cape Town EE applications only
Computer literate especially in Excel (Advance Excel skills required) and Great Plains
IT qualification in system administration would be advantageous.
At least 2 years of sales experience within a Hospitality environment and ideally within the FMCG industry

Assist with contract queries
General Filing duties
Perform administration duties for the Sales management team
Daily Sales Reporting
Train, promote and assist reps in selling benefits of the system to customers.
Assist in the training and setting up of the targeted customers’ initial shopping baskets, in tandem with the particular sales consultants.
Assist customers and sales consultants with any technical or general challenges.
Give regular accurate reporting on the progress/tracking of bfs247 sales.
Play a fundamental role in the budget process
Assist with retrieving of data required to complete tender documents.
Take part in stock take.
