Reporting into the SA General Manager, the New Business Team Manager will work with their team of New Partner Consultants (NPC) to scale the effectiveness at which we acquire logos. This NBM will be responsible for managing conversion, capacity planning, and the day-to-day coaching & mentoring of their team.

The role – what you’ll do:

Manage the recruiting, on-boarding, training and continuous development of the New Partner Consultants (currently a team of 4)
Oversee capacity and headcount planning for marketing activity & events
Lead on developing and improving our overall processes and forming part of the SA Leadership Team
Contribute to the direction and growth of the SA business, working with the GM to ensure the SA SaaS metrics continue to be best in class
Meet the monthly & quarterly new logo acquisition revenue target (New MRR)
Forecast and manage the lead to partner conversions
Coach NPC and development of NPC team, increasing sales conversion %
Effectively manage and forecast on the team lead pipeline
Work alongside marketing to ensure this is continually filled, with quarterly and half-yearly plans
Manage activity level expectations and Salesforce admin within the team

About you – what we are looking for:

At least 2 years experience and success in a sales leadership role
Highly motivated, ambitious and competitive
Resilient, tenacious and driven
Process-driven and numerically confident
Experience in forecasting sales performance
Demonstrable success within a target driven new business environment
Exposure to a fast-paced transactional environment
Strong and proven coaching skills
Experience in a SaaS business or awareness of SaaS metrics preferable
