Job Description

Responsible for maintaining and growing existing targets across client base. Bread availability in the trade. • Sales growth • Customer Visits • Working hand in hand with distribution to ensure deliveries are timeous • Service levels are at an acceptable standard • Distribution • Floor walk • Stock and Price management • Returns • Trade Execution • Administration • Orders • New business accounts • Communication and interdepartmental synergy • Promotions and Marketing

Qualification Requirements
Minimum Grade 12 qualification with the numerical ability and PC literacy

Experience Requirements
• At least 3 years sales experience, preferably in a similar position in the FMCG industry • Drivers licence C1, PDP an added advantage

Key Outputs
• Ability to build good trade relationships. • Good administration skills. • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. • Analytical thinker • Attention to detail • Computer literacy. Other Requirements: • Pressurised environment • 6-day position • Required to work Saturdays, Sundays and Public Holidays as per business needs • Required to work in alternative areas as required by the business.
