We are looking for energetic, self-motivated individuals in Johannesburg and Durban to enhance our customers’ experience and promote our brand with professional, friendly and always efficient service.
In the role of a Site Administrator, you will be responsible for the following:
all guest related interactions from inquiry to termination of occupancy
maintaining guest information on the software system
calling on leads to fill vacant apartments and showing off apartments to new leads
compiling reports daily
capturing information as required and monitoring biometric system
dealing with guest issues / complaints / suggestions
conducting physical daily checks to ensure the building is always maintained, neat, clean and aligned to the brand
conducting room checks at time of occupation and time of leaving
assist with marketing and sales
Monitoring security and safety in the building
You must:
have Grade 12 (Matric) and preferably a tertiary qualification (Diploma or Degree)
have a minimum of 2 years working experience in the Hotel / Hospitality industry
be computer literate (Microsoft Office)
have a good command of English & Sotho / Tswana / Xhosa / Zulu
be able to communicate well verbally and in writing
be able to work shifts (rotational)
be able to get to and from work in the city centre easily
