Responsibilities:

Plan and oversee (Quality control) construction projects from conception to completion.
Oversee constructions to monitor compliance with building and safety regulations.
Communicate and coordinate with subcontractors.
Meet contractual conditions of performance and Company installation procedures
Review the work progress on daily basics & report to the Construction/Covering Manager regularly.
Liaise with clients/contractors in a professional manner.
Plan ahead to prevent problems and resolve any problems timeously.
Ensure quality control.

Requirements:

Matric / Grade 12 Certificate
Need to understand the builder’s market.
Knowledge of roofs, building products, construction details, procedures and quality standards [preferred and will be to your advantage] Specific attention to detail
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to plan and competent in crisis management.
Diplomacy in handling irate people
Computer skilled
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. [Various sites simultaneously] Valid Driver’s license

Salary: Basic Salary (based on experience), Incentive structure, Car and Cellphone.
