Play an integral role as a leader in one of South Africa’s oldest Wine Estates as a Spa Manager. The 5 stars rated estate has a wide range of offerings for its guests; from award-winning wines, tasting tours, luxurious accommodation, menus prepared by top chefs, spa pampering, and a range of facilities for conferences, weddings, and functions. The spa, in particular, forms a core function in the business and has an incredible opportunity to lead its function.

Your key responsibilities:

The Spa Manager will oversee the full operations function of the beauty, health and wellness spas and in turn contributing to the overall look and feel of this historic estate. The position is ideally aimed at a hands-on and motivated leader who is passionate about customer service and hospitality.

Our required expertise:

Proven track-record of managing a spa within a 5-star setting
Strong leadership experience
Hands-on and passionate about the overall guest experience
Knowledgeable about products and treatments
Ability to implement goals, policies and procedures.

Your reward:

Salary range: R300 000.00 CTC p.a. – R360 000.00 CTC p.a
