Specification
Manage pick orders by pulling warehouse items from location based on quantity, size and quality requirements
Ensure stock are packed in correct location, shelving and racking and picked accurately in different brands and sizes
Having fast movers in the nearest outlet store point at the right time in peak season
Monitor stock levels to ensure enough stock is available at all times and organising existing inventory, to be easy and safely accessible.
Packing the correct balance for the expectations of the warehouse
Once the products are all packed and racked the Packer can monitor stock movement, and inform his supervisor for stock replenishment.
Support initiatives to improve service levels to the customers
Manage & Monitor Stock Rotation
Demonstrate and promote a proactive commitment to health and safety whilst complying with all laws and company procedures and policies
Pick rate based on speed and accuracy for optimal efficiency
Ensure general housekeeping of the warehouse on a daily basis
Perform al tasks to a high standard to meet Standard Operating Procedures and Code of Conduct
Any other reasonable instruction related to the department

Requirements
Grade 12
Previous warehouse experience

Excellent communication and listening skills
Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively
Ability to Work Under Pressure
Numerical Skills
Team player
Ability to lift heavy objects
Self-Motivated and disciplined
