Purpose of the Position

The Storeman will be responsible for the efficient and cost-effective administration in the engineering stores department.

Minimum Requirements:

Grade 12 with Mathematics
At least 2 years’ experience in FMCG environment
Valid driver’s license
Computer literate
Skills

Attention to detail accuracy
Deadline driven and can work under pressure
Good verbal and written communication skills

Job Responsibilities:

Receiving and issuing of engineering parts
Daily spot checks to ensure that the system and actual stock level balance
Conduct weekly and monthly stock takes
Filing and safeguarding of records within area of responsibility
Maintain a high level of housekeeping in the stores area
