Your key responsibilities:

This role will primarily focus on managing the communication and relevant processes between the business, attorneys, trustees, beneficiaries, case managers and accountants. Using a strong organizational skillset, the Administrator will be responsible for ensuring that all processes are actioned in order to meet strict deadlines as well as ensure that all stakeholders are informed of the progress.

The admin person’s roles and tasks will include:
General Administration/Secretarial Work
Filing
Minute taking
Draft, send and collect Trustee Resolutions
Liaising between parties
Attorneys
Trustees
Beneficiaries
Accountant/Bookkeepers
Expense Management/Account Payments
Process Management
Managing the Medical Expense Projection
Ensure that mandatory expenses/costs are reviewed, implemented and paid for.

Requirements:
Having worked in an office administration related role for a minimum of 2 years
Detail orientated
Solid MS Office and Outlook experience
Excellent written and verbal communication
