Warehouse Administrator needed immediately: Salary R12 000 to R15 000 per month

Duties & Responsibilities:

Capture SAP orders onto the MMS System
Monitor orders to prevent duplicate orders
General data capturing as per instructions
Weekly/monthly timesheet capturing
Daily compare SAP with MMS to ensure invoice and stock accuracy
Follow up /investigate any variances
Confirm outstanding credit notes against returned product
Follow up on invoice errors influencing stock figures
Communicate errors in time to relevant staff

Desired Experience & Qualification:

Grade 12
Computer literate (MS Office suite)
Knowledge of SAP
Creditors /Debtors knowledge
At least 3 years’ experience in Warehouse Administration environment
Experience with doing cash ups recommended
Interpersonal and communication skills
